Medallion gol farangi, Karabakh, A stylised rendition of the gol farangi design with two large medallions conjoined by a diamond surrounded by roses and lilies. The palette is also typical of rugs in this design from north-west Persia. There is a poorly written inscription and date each side of the field but this is not legible.
