Where do you deliver to and how long does delivery take?
We offer worldwide shipping. All orders are shipped with an express registered service; please allow between 1-2 days for UK delivery, 2-4 days for Europe and United States destinations, and 5-7 days for Far East, South America and Middle East destinations. If you wish, you can also pick up your order from our Mayfair London showrooms on the same day.

What if I change my mind about the rug once it arrives?
We offer a lifetime exchange service on any items purchased from us should you wish to change your carpets at any time in the future. You are welcome to bring your rug back to us at any time and exchange it with other rugs from our collection, subject to it being in good condition.
Does your website show all your rugs and carpets from your collection?
Our website only shows a small glimpse of our collection. We hold one of the world’s largest collections and have thousands of handmade Persian rugs and carpets, catering to all requirements (sizes, budgets, style, designs etc).
If you are unable to find what you are looking for on our website, feel free to provide us with your requirements and our in-house expert team will help you in picking out the perfect piece from our collection, or visit our showrooms in London’s Mayfair.

When are your showrooms open?
Our two Mayfair London showrooms are open daily from 9:30am to 5:30pm daily (excluding Saturdays). Private appointments with our expert team are also available. Please contact us to schedule an appointment.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are accepted via credit card or debit card with a valid billing and shipping address. Accepted credit cards are Visa, American Express, and Mastercard.
