Exquisite Signed Persian Tabriz Carpet Allover design Fine Kork Wool (Cashmere) and Silk on Silk foundation

This finely woven carpet was made in the historically significant weaving centre of Tabriz in north west Persia. This Persian Tabriz carpet displays a magnificent well balanced formal repeat design, incorporating rows of tear drop shaped pendants alternating with oval stepped pendants linked by chevron vines. This exquisite impressive work of woven art maintains an open airy appearance.The pattern is brought to life by the carefully selected complementary colours which include pale blue, coral red, green and brown, and delicately used accent tones, all presented on an ivory ground within a pale blue open patterned complementary border.  The colours are  juxtaposed in such a way as to maximise the harmonic appearance of the composition. This is a fine accomplished work of woven art, and in recognition of this accomplishment the carpet is signed by the master weaver.

In-store collection will be ready within 1 business day. To collect in-store you will be required to show confirmation e-mail, official photo ID (passport or driving license) and the payment card used for the order. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, please make sure they bring a letter of authorisation that permits this person to collect on your behalf, official photo ID of the purchaser and of the person collecting and confirmation e-mail.

Essie Carpets offers clients a lifetime exchange service on any items purchased from us should you wish to change your carpets at any time in the future, subject to the item being in good condition; this can be particularly useful when redecorating your home, or when an upgrade in type or quality is desired.
