This Beautiful rug displays a style of design seen in a small definable group of technically superior mid-20th Century Tabriz rugs. This group displays a variety of domestic birds, waterfowl, and animals in varying orientations amongst scattered flora, all presented realistically and drawn in a sketchy style, as can be seen in this fine example. Such rendering is only possible due the superior quality of the materials and the skill of the weaver. The colours enhance the appearance and have been chosen to produce a harmonic stunning composition. The colours used here include tones of brown, ochre, green, violet, and ivory on a cream background. Fine kork (Cashmere wool) and silk on silk foundation.

In-store collection will be ready within 1 business day. To collect in-store you will be required to show confirmation e-mail, official photo ID (passport or driving license) and the payment card used for the order. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, please make sure they bring a letter of authorisation that permits this person to collect on your behalf, official photo ID of the purchaser and of the person collecting and confirmation e-mail.
